Leading Healthcare Marketer and Podcaster to Spearhead Content Marketing Initiative
Renowned healthcare marketing strategist, podcaster, and keynote speaker, Jared Johnson, has joined Jennings’ content marketing team in a strategic consulting role. Johnson will lead the development of content strategy while overseeing the execution of novel content marketing programs for healthcare organizations across the country. This formalizes a longstanding relationship between Johnson and the Jennings team. Just last month it was announced that Johnson, along with Jennings’ principal, Dan Dunlop, will co-chair the marketing track for healthcare providers at the 2020 HITMC Conference.

Throughout his career, Johnson has built innovative healthcare brands through digital strategy and engaging content that turns heads. He has more than 17 years of experience as a senior digital strategist for some of the top healthcare and MedTech organizations in the country, including St. Jude Medical, W. L. Gore, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Johnson is continually exploring the business value of emerging digital channels and developing best practices for them by launching digital content series, podcasts, blogs, video channels, social media accounts, award-winning websites, and other digital marketing platforms. He hosts the Healthcare Rap Podcast, and is the author of Connect the Docs: Put Digital Health Into Practice. Onalytica listed him as a #DigitalHealth Top 100 Influencer, and his peers nominated him to the #HIT100 list of health IT social media influencers twice.
