Jennings Announces New Interactive Art Director

CHAPEL HILL, NC – June 11, 2012 – Jennings, the North Carolina public relations, branding and advertising agency, recently appointed Megan Young to the position of Interactive Art Director. In this role, Young will develop print creative as well as enhance client websites, manage web applications, develop web banners and email campaigns. Young is already actively working on creative assignments for a number of the agency’s clients including as Lowell General Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, MetroWest Medical Center and Vidant Health.

“Megan is the ideal candidate for this position – she’s creative, energetic, knowledgeable about the latest web technologies, and has a passion for demonstrating precision in her work,” said Jennings Creative Director Mike Allen.

Prior to joining Jennings, Young worked as a print and interactive freelancer. Megan also served as the Art Director at Influence Marketing in Washington, D.C. where she worked on creative for The Park at Fourteenth and LOVE.

Megan graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Creative Advertising with a concentration in Art Direction. She also received her master’s degree in Advertising Art Direction at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
