Chapel Hill, N.C. – March 8, 2016 – Jennings, the North Carolina-based healthcare marketing and audience engagement agency, has successfully recruited Dana Smith to join its business development team. Smith, who will be based in Delray Beach, Florida, has extensive healthcare and digital marketing experience. In her new role, she will serve as a marketing ambassador for the agency, supporting Jennings’ growth in key markets across the country.
Prior to joining Jennings, Smith served as Director of Digital Marketing for WOW Health Group in Boca Raton, FL. Previously, she held a hospital development management position at Spirit of Women, the nation’s only network of hospitals dedicated exclusively to the business of women’s health.
Smith is active in the field of healthcare marketing, currently serving as Chair of the National Digital Engagement Task Force of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD) of the American Hospital Association. The Task Force studies the emerging world of digital communications in healthcare.
