Jennings Principal to Judge Digital Health Awards

 

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – May 10, 2016 – Dan Dunlop, principal of Jennings, the North Carolina-based healthcare marketing agency, has been chosen for the sixth year in a row to judge the Digital Health Awards. The Spring 2016 Digital Health Awards recognize high-quality digital health resources for consumers and health professionals. The awards program is organized by the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC), a clearinghouse for professionals who work in consumer health fields. Dunlop joins a panel of health technology professionals judging entries based on content, format, success in reaching target health audiences and overall quality.

“The judging panel has the unique opportunity to review innovative digital work from top healthcare organizations around the county. That’s an exciting proposition and a rare treat,” said Dunlop.

Dunlop, who has been with Jennings for 21 years, also serves as a judge for the National Health Information Awards along with a number of regional awards competitions. He is a regular contributor to leading healthcare industry publications such as Healthcare Marketing Report, Strategic Healthcare Marketing, Healthcare Strategy Alert, Healthcare Marketing Advisor, Spectrum, eHealthcare Strategy & Trends, and many more. Dunlop currently serves on the New England Society for Healthcare Communications Board of Directors.

For more than 20 years, the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC) has served as a clearing house for professionals who work in consumer health fields. For the past 15 years, the HIRC has organized the Web Health Awards to recognize high quality resources for consumers and healthcare professionals.
